Welcome to the Gintaa Delivery Partner Platform. Gintaa enables individuals and gig workers to earn by delivering food from partner restaurants to customers. Whether you are working full-time or part-time, Gintaa offers flexible opportunities with maximum earning potential based on your activity and performance.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Gintaa (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data provided by delivery partners (“you”, “Delivery Partner(s)”).

By registering on the Gintaa Delivery Partner app, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Engagement described herein.

Information We Collect

To facilitate your registration, identity verification, and engagement on the platform, we collect the following categories of personal and sensitive personal information, either directly from you or through authorized third parties:

Personal Information

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Residential and Communication Address
  • Mobile Number and Alternate Contact Number
  • Email Address (if applicable)
  • Vehicle details

Identity & Verification Documents

  • Aadhaar Card Number
  • PAN details
  • Recent Passport-sized Photograph
  • Driving License details

Financial Information

  • Bank Account Details (Account Number, IFSC, etc.)
  • UPI ID (if applicable)

Purpose of Data Collection

  • Registration and onboarding as a Delivery Partner
  • Verification of identity, background, and eligibility
  • Allocation and tracking of delivery orders
  • Real-time communication and navigation support
  • Calculation and disbursement of payments, incentives, and bonuses
  • Monitoring performance and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Handling complaints, disputes, and disciplinary actions
  • Compliance with applicable tax, labor, and regulatory obligations
  • Enhancing security, fraud prevention, and misuse detection
  • Providing support, notifications, and administrative communications

Performance Monitoring and Incentives

  • Your earnings as a Delivery Partner, including base fees and additional incentives/bonuses, will depend on your daily and weekly performance, punctuality, delivery completion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Gintaa may reward consistently high-performing Delivery Partners through incentive schemes, which are subject to change at Gintaa’s discretion.
  • Failure to fulfill delivery obligations beyond a specified limit without a valid reason may lead to penalties or deductions from your earnings.
  • If an order is undelivered or canceled due to a Customer’s or Merchant’s fault and a genuine delivery attempt was made, no penalty shall apply.

Gigs and Delivery Commitments

  • You must log in to the Gintaa Delivery Partner App to accept and undertake scheduled Gigs.
  • If you fail to log in after booking a Gig or do not complete a Gig, you will not be entitled to any payment for that particular task.
  • All deliveries must be executed personally. Delegating or subcontracting deliveries to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • Any violation of this clause may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Delivery Partner account.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data with:

  • Payment service providers for disbursing earnings and processing refunds
  • Third-party verification agencies for KYC and fraud prevention
  • Government or regulatory authorities, when required under applicable law
  • Internal departments, such as operations, compliance, or legal, for service management

All third-party entities are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. Data may be retained beyond your association with Gintaa, as mandated by applicable laws.

As a Delivery Partner, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion or deactivation of your Delivery Partner account
  • Cancel order delivery (t&c included)
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Account Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Failure to fulfill delivery obligations consistently
  • Providing fraudulent documents or false information
  • Delegating delivery tasks to unauthorized third parties
  • Misuse of the platform or violation of terms outlined in this policy or Terms of Use All decisions regarding suspension or termination shall be at the sole discretion of Gintaa and in accordance with applicable laws.

Gintaa reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Any material changes will be communicated to you via the app or registered email address. Your continued use of the platform following such updates signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
