Gintaa a prominent food delivery aggregator arranges for delivery of Food (food included beverages) from its partner restaurants, hotel chains, food joints and cloud kitchen.

Gintaa, engages individuals as delivery partners from time to time for this purpose.

The purpose of this engagement is to facilitate the efficient and timely delivery of food orders from partner restaurants of Gintaa to customers. Delivery partners operate as independent contractors, using Gintaa’s e-commerce platform to accept and fulfill delivery assignments.

The Privacy Policy herein are intended to provide a clear idea to the Delivery Partner about the data Gintaa collects and usage of the same.
