FOOD DELIVERY POLICY
The Delivery Policy outlines our procedures to ensure your orders reach you promptly and in excellent condition.
Ordering and Delivery Process
When you place an order for food and beverages through the gintaa Food ordering app, you are authorizing gintaa to place the order on your behalf with our restaurant partners. Here's how our delivery process works:
- Third-Party Delivery: The delivery of your order is handled by Third Party Delivery companies, including Dunzo and Shadowfax. The company assigns a ‘Delivery Partner’ respectively, who is solely responsible for ensuring that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.
- Delivery Partners: The delivery of your order is directly handled by the restaurant partner's designated delivery personnel, referred to as "Delivery Partners." These individuals are responsible for ensuring that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.
- Contract of Service: The acceptance by a restaurant partner to deliver your order establishes a contractual service agreement under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any successor legislation. gintaa is not a party to this contract under applicable law.
Delivery Charges
To provide delivery services, the restaurant partner may charge a delivery fee, referred to as "Delivery Charges." These charges are determined by the Third Party Delivery Partner like Dunzo, Shadowfax, etcetera or Restaurant Self Delivery and may vary based on several factors, including:
- Restaurant Delivery Partner
- Third-Party Delivery Partners: Dunzo, Shadowfax, etcetera
- Order Value
- Distance
- Time of Day
gintaa is authorized to collect these Delivery Charges on behalf of the restaurant partner. Regardless of your prior awareness of these charges, you are responsible for covering them.
Documentation
In compliance with legal regulations and common business practices, gintaa will provide you with the necessary documents related to your order. These documents may include order summaries, tax invoices, or any other relevant paperwork.
Price Accuracy
While we make every effort to keep the prices on the gintaa food ordering app up-to-date, the final price charged to you by the restaurant partner may differ at the time of delivery. In case of a discrepancy between the prices displayed on our food ordering app and those charged by the restaurant partner or third-party delivery partners, the latter will be considered the correct price, except for gintaa’s Delivery Charges.
Responsibilities
We prioritize secure and timely delivery. However, please be aware of the following:

Any delays or issues in service provided by Third-Party Delivery Partners or restaurant partners are not gintaa’s liability.
- gintaa does not provide delivery our role is to facilitate the sale and purchase of food and beverages between customers and restaurant partners.
