How do I track my order?
You can track your order by going to the 'My Orders' section in the app. Click on your active order to see the real-time status and delivery partner location.
My order is delayed, how to track it?
If your order is delayed, please check the live tracking map. You can also directly call the delivery partner or reach out to our support team for an immediate update.

How can I change my delivery address?
Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed directly from the app. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update the address.
Delivery partner not responding to calls, how to reach out?
If the delivery partner is unresponsive, please use the 'Chat with us' option or call our support helpline. We will contact the partner on your behalf.
I have recieved wrong order, how to report?
We sincerely apologize for the mix-up. Please go to 'My Orders', select the order, and click on 'Report an Issue'. You can upload a photo of the received items to get a quick resolution or refund.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within the first 60 seconds of placing it by clicking the 'Cancel' button on the order tracking screen. After the restaurant has accepted it, cancellations may be subject to a fee.
