We ensure that your personal information, including your delivery address and contact details, are protected using industry-standard encryption. Delivery partners can only contact you via our secure in-app calling system, masking your actual phone number.

3. Food Quality & Hygiene Concerns

We mandate all our Restaurant Partners to strictly adhere to FSSAI guidelines. Please reach out to us if you encounter:

  • Foreign objects or contamination in your food
  • Stale, undercooked, or spoiled items
  • Tampered or broken packaging upon delivery

4. Delivery Safety

Our delivery partners are trained to follow traffic rules and deliver your food safely. If you notice reckless driving or unsafe handling of your order, please log a complaint so we can take appropriate corrective action.

5. Emergency Reporting

In case of a severe health emergency (e.g., severe allergic reaction or food poisoning) or a physical safety threat, please contact local authorities immediately at 112. After securing your safety, inform our emergency support team for further investigation and assistance.
